Lyme Disease Defense Day 23

Yesterday had the hummos receipe in the Fat Resistance Diet, so delish. I used cilantro instead of parsley, YUM! On Diflucan for two days (by the way that is the name brand and so it is actually Fluconazole) I am not having the reactions that I had to Flagyl. Thank GOD! Valentine’s Day was filled with cookies, not good for the restricted rare to no use of sugar. On my pancakes I use Agave Nectar but in my cookie and brownie recipe I did use sugar. I keep watching the dairy. Soy is a great substitute for coffee. Prayers are being felt and I pray for all of you right now in your journey with this crazy disease.

On 1/7/10 I was diagnosed with lyme disease and co-infections babesia and bartonella. We believe I got bit on a trip in Arkansas in July of 2008. My LLMD also believes that based on my medical history I got bit as a child. I hope to update as much as I can. Please excuse my look I am going on two nights of no sleep and feeling just blah.
