Teri – Candice Accola TTC

Lyme Disease Public Service Announcement Produced by Lymenaide and And What Productions funded by Turn the Corner Foundation Transcript- We never realize how fragile our lives are, until the smallest things threaten to take them away. Like most people, I was also unaware of the dangers that Lyme diseases can pose. I mean what major harm can a tiny little tick do right? Wrong, Lyme disease can take over your life. One of my best friend has Lyme disease and Ive seen how she went from having the world at her feet, to barely being able to stand on her own. She has been dealing with blackouts, seizures, blinding headaches and heat intolerance for years now and it has turned the vibrant young woman that I once knew, into a helpless victim. What hurts the most is that no one ever saw it coming, or realized that Lyme disease could be so extreme. But it can, and if you dont find out more about it, you could be at risk too. Im ready to know more: to protect myself and my loved ones. Are you?

Your sitting in the tall grass which is prime tick environment
while trying to educate about Lyme Disease is disturbing.

  7. hi,
an excellent video. my nicole has lyme…blackouts, seizures, a 1 minute short term memory. she is 17 and has been struggling to get out of this hole for 2 years. she has the best doctors helping her.
she has an amazing, perseverant personality and that is what it takes, perseverance!
i understand why you chose the grass…drawing attention to lyme disease requires thinking outside of the box…it worked!
great job. i will send to everyone we know.
